Maggie teaches all the classes at The Reset and Maggie hated gym class. She hated everything about gym class: the sound of gym shoes on the wood floor, the weird lighting, so many balls. The word ‘dribbling’ still gives her hives. But we all know how important it is to keep your heart healthy, your muscles strong and your body flexible. Maggie was an 'indoor kid' and she is here to tell you: you can find an exercise 'thing' you love. Maggie loves and teaches Spinning® and TRX®.
Maggie's classes offer doses of inspiration in a high-intensity sweat session. In Maggie's classes you will be asked to decide what you want to handle, and then she'll motivate to handle it, building a rich bank of 'I can do this' moments on which to draw when you need it (and we ALL need those these days). Maggie's positive energy and inspiring music make her classes an exercise in self-care—you will leave feeling confident, calm and (a little) like a rock star.
Maggie is a certified Group Fitness Instructor (Certified through ACE), a Spinning® Level 3 Instructor, and a TRX Qualified Instructor.
